Please note that all Osteopathy/acupuncture patients are required to pay a minimum of a 50% booking fee by bank transfer 24 hours before attending their appointment. (This is a non-refundable payment.)

The clinic is open Monday to Thursday, and hours are flexible to fit around patients.

*by booking an appointment the patient is agreeing to the terms and conditions which are as follows; we have a 24 hour cancellation policy, thereby should the patient fail to attend the appointment or fail to inform the clinic that they are unable to attend it is our policy to charge a fee at no more than the price of the treatment. The practitioner may choose to waiver or reduce this fee in the case of extenuating circumstances at his or her discretion. It is recommended that all patients who need to cancel contact the clinic by telephone or text message if at the last minute as emails are not checked as regularly.
